Economía, Sociedad y Territorio (EST) is published three times a year (April, August and December) by El Colegio Mexiquense, A.C. It deals with subjects related to social sciences in the frame of specific regions and cities. It is open a diversity of viewpoints and methodologies. The Editorial Council together with the International Advisory Committee referees anonymously the papers submitted to the journal for publication. The refereeing process relies on the help of an ample portfolio of international experts in the areas in which the journal specialises and their refereeing decisions are unappealable. The content of the papers and reviews that appear in each issue are the entire responsibility of the authors and it does not necessarily involve the opinion of the publishing institution.
